Olives Washing Machine

It is divided into two parts and with the aid of the open wings pump swirls the water and circulates it from one compartment to another.

The special sieve deposited on one part is retaining the foreign bodies, while float and overflow system ensures the maintenance of the washing water at high purity levels. The olives washing machine is equipped with a specially shaped rack (trap) for retaining foreign bodies (stones, etc.), which are removed with a special channel.

The main sieve of the olives washing machine is based on a hydraulic shock absorber, and reciprocally moves with the help of double cams and bearings. Additionally a second sieve which sits on the first, retaining the final solid residues that may occur (e.g., snails etc.).

The hourly capacity of the olives washing machine amounts up to 15.000 kilograms.
