Olives Crushers
The olives enter the crusher with the aid of a stainless steel screw which has independent movement.
The crusher comprises a rotating sieve (perforated variable cross-section) and a rotary hammer with radial steel blades. The blades are removable so it can be replaced if damaged.
The sieve and the mill are rotating independently, at low speed, preventing the formation of emulsions (loss in oil), the high temperatures and fume (which enhance the oil bitter), thus protecting the organoleptic components of the oil for great quality.
The stainless steel olive crusher operates with three independent motors, thus providing independent motion to the screw feeder, the sieve and the mill. The mills of olives crushers are powered by electric motors from 30 HP to 50 H , ensuring hourly capacities from 4000-15000 kilograms.
All parts of the crusher are made of stainless steel. Also, there are different olive crushers for different capacities.
