Biomass Boiler
Our company, with many years of experience and presence in the technical area, manufactures modern solid biomass boilers, while in its own facilities, processes and distributes high quality solid biofuel from crushed olive pits (olive pomace).
The solid biomass boiler that our company offers, is designed in such way that without conversion, it can use as a fuel, olive pits (olive pomace) or pellets as well as firewood, because of security systems and the large combustion chamber available.

Boiler’s efficiency and the exhaust gasses emissions meet all EU standards concerning environmental protection. The manipulation is simple, easy cleaning process and does not require the presence of a maintainer.
The fuel is led from the storage silo to the combustion chamber, with the aid of a double, intermittent, screw conveyor. The double screw conveyor is installed to exclude any possibility of flame transmission from the combustion chamber towards the storage silo. The air supply is achieved with the aid of an electric blower, with adjustable intensity, depending on the combustion requirement and absorbency of the chimney.
For achieving the greatest possible thermal energy absorption of the exhaust gasses temperature, the boiler features dual panel in the combustion chamber, thereby forcing the exhaust gases before they exit, to follow multiple (triple) route. Before the exhaust gasses exit from the chimney, pass through the heat exchanger to extract the maximum temperature possible. Hence, not only high efficiency and economical operation is achieved but also the immediate increase of the water temperature is ensured.
The pellet-olive pomace boilers are manufactured with high quality and strength steel of 5mm thickness, with glass fiber insulation of 50 kg per cubic meter and bears the CE mark. Tested at high pressure and its manufacturing process ensures long life.
The connection is made directly without conversion to existing heating systems, whether autonomous or conventional, and can be connected simultaneously with other boilers.
